Your journey begins with a comprehensive wellness questionnaire and a 60-minute Private Discovery Session via Zoom, followed by my thoughtful evaluation of your wellness goals, lifestyle, and individual needs.
You will then receive your Personal RHVHA Wellness Blueprint, along with access to your Private Wellness Portal and RHVHA Digital Wellness Library.
During our 45-minute Private Follow-Up Session, we will explore your wellness blueprint together, discuss your priorities, answer your questions, and establish meaningful next steps for your journey toward health, beauty, and longevity.
